My name is Bilaal Motara, and I am the Lower Key Stage 2 Phase Leader at GEMS Wellington School. Originally from Birmingham, England. I have always wanted to work abroad and experience new cultures, which led me to move to Qatar six years ago. I am now in my seventh year with GEMS and have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in an international setting.
I am passionate about teamwork and collaboration, both in my professional role and personal interests. I enjoy watching team sports like football and cricket and play golf regularly, a sport that challenges my resilience and continuous growth.
As an educator and leader, I am committed to fostering a positive environment that promotes hard work, resilience, and a growth mindset. My goal is to lead a team dedicated to providing the best for our students, ensuring they thrive academically and personally while enjoying a fulfilling school experience.
