Hafsa Chowdhury
Head of Year 7
Hello, my name is Hafsa Chowdhury and I am the Head of Year 7. This is my second year teaching at Gems Wellington and my second year in international teaching.
I have been teaching Mathematics for 7 years, with 5 years of experience teaching in a school in London. I worked alongside the teachers that sparked my interest and passion for Maths, working in the school I attended as a student. I graduated with a Mathematics degree from a London university which was shortly followed by the completion of my PGCE.
Outside of teaching and Maths, I have a passion for travelling, exploring and indulging in the many cultures around the globe. I also like to partake in different sports such as netball and boxing.
